It was Not A Good Weekend

I'm getting worse. I can control my dizziness with Amazon Forest supplements taking daily and I can now control my nightly visits to the John with a prostate supplement I take daily, morning and night. But my legs I haven't solved yet They are getting stiffer and heavier every day. At night when I go to bed they feel good long as they don't touch each other. But I wake up in the morning and start walking around and the lower part of my legs get heavier and stiffer as the day get longer. I lose my balance and fall or almost fall daily.
This past weekend my body started detox for no apparent reason. I was flat on my back for three days. I felt great on Monday except for my lower legs
I planned to go in April to Washington DC and Detox with this faith Healer. Now, I not sure I want feel like that again so soon.

New Practitioner

Well it's the weekend I have already visited one faith healer, she said the my problem simply my body is not getting enough oxygen in my body and my blood is not moving the nutrients around my body. She has a 30 day plan to improve my condition that involves taking herbs and drastic changing the food and the way I eat. I know something go to changed and I'm willing to change to make conditions better. My only question is will I ever go back to the things I love to eat. Like oatmeal cookies, gummy bears, beers and nuts. It's Saturday and I have another appointment with a Doctor in Baltimore Md. tomorrow it's with a Nurse Practitioner. Someone plan will help

12th of March 2009 and its Cherry Blossom time in Washington, DC

I'm here in Washington again, it's 12th of March 2009 and I'm going to see a Holistic Nurse Practitioner about my condition to see if she can help with my legs. Lately I been getting more cramps behind the knee joints and I haven 't been able to relax them. It feel like the ligaments are tightening up and pulling away from the bones. The feeling of hardness is moving up pass my knees into my upper thighs It has become harder and harder to walk without falling. I am dizzy more than before and I tend to stumble more. I want to sit more and see movies. I will let you know what the practitioner say after I see her. I really don't feel I can make it on a airplane for several hours I have to get up and walk every couple of hours, I guess that's why I love the train. I'm planning on visiting my daughter soon.

I think I figured out with Roslyn's help why know one is reading this blog. It's because I haven't invited any one to read and comment on it.
